A total of 34 entries were confirmed today for the Sagitta 2000 Guineas at Newmarket on Saturday.
There is also a bumper field for the Sagitta 1000 Guineas with 26 fillies still left in Sunday's Classic.
Aidan O'Brien, who won the 2000 Guineas two years ago with King Of Kings, has three colts in this time. They are leading fancy Giant's Causeway, Bernstein and Monashee Mountain.
The latter faces three rivals in the Desert King EBF Tetrarch Stakes at the Curragh this afternoon.
As expected China Visit, who is due to represent Godolphin in Saturday's Kentucky Derby, and Shibboleth have been taken out of the first Classic.
Bachir, Broche, Fath and Glad Master give Godolphin a strong hand in the 2000 Guineas which they won in 1999 with Island Sands.
The Dubai team also has Bintalreef and Teggiano in the 1000 Guineas.
O'Brien has Alluring and Amethyst in the fillies' race, in which Henry Cecil's Wince beat 21 rivals last year.
Giles Bravery has booked Olivier Peslier for Torgau in the 1000 Guineas.
The filly won the Cherry Hinton Stakes at Newmarket last season before finishing second to Preseli in the Moyglare Stud Stakes and to Seazun in the Cheveley Park Stakes.
"Torgau is grand - no problems and Olivier Peslier will ride her," the Newmarket trainer said. "It will be the first time he has ridden her. Michael Hills, Gary Stevens and Kevin Darley rode her last year.
"She has done very well over the winter and has put on a bit of weight. She took a long time to get rid of her winter coat which is one of the reasons why we didn't run her in a trial.
"The other reason is that she's no soft-ground horse and the way the weather has been it would have been a pointless exercise running in a trial.
"But the sun is shining now and with a bit of luck we should be okay by Sunday."
Bravery believes Torgau has an outside chance in the Classic.
He said: "I think she is a 20-1 shot but it was nice to see Seazun run such a good race (second to ante-post favourite Petrushka in the Nell Gwyn Stakes) and we are about the same as her."
Torgau is quoted at 25-1 by Ladbrokes for the 1000 Guineas.
