Hot favourite Petrushka will face 17 rivals in the £250,000 Sagitta 1000 Guineas at Newmarket on Sunday.
The Sir Michael Stoute-trained filly, the impressive winner of the Shadwell Stud Nell Gwyn Stakes last month, will attempt to give champion jockey Kieren Fallon successive victories in the race following his win aboard Wince last year.
Eight fillies were withdrawn at today's final declaration stage headed by Godolphin's Teggiano, whose switch to the French equivalent on May 14 was announced on Thursday night.
Dubai Duty Free Stakes winner Iftiraas and the promising Kalypso Katie are also among the absentees.
Teggiano's absence leaves Bintalreef, the mount of Frankie Dettori, to represent Godolphin.
The filly, a winner at Deauville on her only start last season, beat Teggiano in their trial at Nad Al Sheba in April.
Henry Cecil, who has trained Bosra Sham, Sleepytime and Wince to win the race in the last four years, will be represented by High Walden while Aidan O'Brien sends impressive Leopardstown winner Amethyst from Ballydoyle.
Cheveley Park Stakes winner Seazun, who chased home Petrushka at Newmarket, and Miletrian will be bidding to give Mick Channon his first Classic winner.
