Odds-on favourite Young Milly (4/5) looked the clear pick on form and proved a different class in an ordinary contest.

Ruby Walsh tracked the leaders before making ground up running to the third last. She launched her challenge two out and was soon in command.

The daughter of Accordion put daylight between herself and her rivals before the last and survived an untidy jump for a cosy victory.

Punchestown is a possible for the winner while trainer Willie Mullins will keep her on the go during the summer. The handler is not sure if she will handle good ground but said she probably will.

Afasheen, second in the market (11/4), duly filled the runner-up spot. She couldn't quicken with the winner two out and stayed on without posing a threat.

She has some fair form to her name and should be capable of picking up a little maiden hurdle somewhere.

Sinead's Lady defied her 25/1 tag to run a fair race, although well beaten in third at the end.

She took it up before the fifth and kept on at the one pace when headed two out. It was her best effort to date and she may have prospects in a small handicap if getting a low mark.

A Rare Diamond had no more to offer turning in while Book Of Days had weakened out of it when falling two out.

Dec Approved had to be pulled up after the second when her saddle slipped. Pullupursocks was withdrawn by the stewards due to passport irregularities.
