The Starter reported that Helloyouforever was unruly and refused to enter the stalls and withdrawn at 2:29pm.

Nigel Tinkler was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.

An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after 2 pieces of interference inside the final 1 ½ furlongs involving the winner Wen Moon (IRE) ridden by Andrew Mullen and Harry Brown (GB), placed third, ridden by Ben Curtis.

The Stewards considered that the interference had not improved Wen Moon (IRE)’s placing as Curtis never had to stop riding and lost little momentum in the process, and with the distance between the winner and the third being a length at the line, the Stewards were satisfied that Harry Brown (GB) would not have finished ahead of Wen Moon (IRE) with an uninterrupted run to the line.

In the first incident inside the final furlong, the Stewards considered the interference to be accidental as Wen Moon (IRE) shifted quickly left-handed causing Curtis to be crowded for room.

The second incident, approximately ½ furlong out, Mullen was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as after Wen Moon (IRE) had already shown a tendency to lug left-handed, Mullen proceeded to use his whip in his right hand, resulting in Wen Moon (IRE) giving a bump to Harry Brown (GB), and causing the gelding to become unbalanced.
