FormscanBy Gary Carson - APPLE'S OF BRESIL is a nice horse and should be hard to beat in a summer bumper. The Blue Bresil gelding has kept good company on his three runs to date and was most recently seen finishing third, albeit well-beaten, behind Ballyburn in a maiden hurdle at Leopardstown in December. He had lost out by a couple of heads in a strong Navan bumper previously and on that form he's hard to oppose. Obviously Willie Mullins has to be respected with his runner Chart Topper. The Walk In The Park gelding was a decent third in a Punchestown bumper last month. Iamagetaway also showed ability in some strong winter bumpers and is another for the shortlist.
