After winning the opener with Saxon Warrior Aidan O'Brien doubled-up with U S Navy Flag in the Group 3 Plusvital Round Tower Stakes.
The son of War Front won his maiden over the course and distance on July 1st, and since finished second in the Group 2 July Stakes at Newmarket, before coming home in fourth in the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes.
As short as 4/5 this morning, he opened on-course at 11/8, before going off the 5/4 favourite under Ryan Moore.
Sent straight to the front by Moore, the bay colt made all, and was ridden out inside the final furlong, going on to score easily by six lengths.
Leopardstown maiden winner Landshark finished second at 7/2 under Colm O'Donoghue for Jessica Harrington, while Ball Girl was a neck back in third for Ger Lyons and Colin Keane at 9/2.
"You'd be delighted with him. We were going to go to the Morny and the Gimcrack with him but we waited as it was nicer ground here," said O'Brien.
"He's a fast horse and he keeps going. I'd imagine he'll go for the Middle Park or something like that. I'd say that's where he'll probably go.
"Good ground is only an advantage. I wouldn't think he's a soft ground horse as he's a very good mover and he's fast.
"You'd say he's progressed from his last run. He galloped out well there."
