She's a smart filly and a model of consistency. She ran a cracking trial behind Royal Diamond and I knew she would improve for that. She's a joy to train and is very straightforward. I've been very fortunate to win Legers with Vinnie Roe and Vintage Crop. She's a high-class mare and I will try and encourage Lady O'Reilly to keep her in training as I think she will be a high-class mare at five in cup races.

I see her as being very progressive and possibly an outstanding stayer. I thought she would win and this is a race I wanted to win. She was very good over staying distances last year. She is entered in the Ascot Gold Cup but that might be a bit soon for here. She could go for the Curragh Cup and then the Irish St Leger and she could be a Gold Cup horse next year. Conditions were perfect for her today, she always wants a little ease in the ground. Navan deserve credit for the efforts they made today with the track and facilities for kids are excellent here today.

We thought she would win and that's been the plan since Galway. It was soft in Galway, but very different conditions today. It was real winter ground and I haven't seen it as bad on the Curragh before. Leigh gave her a great ride and dad saw it live in Canada. She won like the decent filly she is. She'll stay in training and hopefully she can pick up some blacktype next year.

I was concerned she wouldn't handle the ground being a 3yo but she got a lovely ride from Pat. The plan was to ride it like a National Hunt race - to get her switched off - and there are few better at doing it than Pat. She had the race won a long way out. She wasn't beaten that far at Killarney the last day and she was always going to improve going further.
