that's a consolation for the other day at The Curragh where she lost her chance coming out of stalls (in the Paddy Power Handicap) and got knocked around a bit. This was a lovely race and conditions suited. Shane kept it simple on her and we'll try and look for a bit of black-type with her now . six is a good trip for her but she might get seven as she is settling a lot better now.

She's a lovely filly and she loves that fast ground. She's trained on well (hadn't run since early November). She's in foal to Cape Cross so we'll try and get a bit of black-type for her. He did well to get out from where he was. She might also come back here for the Scurry . we'll try and get a big pot with her.

She took a while to get her head in front. She always showed plenty and she just started to come to herself. We were a bit concerned about the seven as she showed plenty of pace the last day (over six furlongs) but she switched off. She could be progressive and we'll keep going and we'll see where we end up. She likes the surface.

The surface is a big help to her. I was a bit worried where she was drawn (in thirteen) but Shane did well on her. We decided to put cheek-pieces on as we were getting a bit frustrated. On some of her form she was well entitled to win a maiden. She's got stronger throughout the year and hopefully she can go on from here.
