He's in again Sunday at Dundalk . if I have him . hopefully nobody claims him. He's been a super horse for us down the years. He had a lot of leg trouble and he's been to the beach a lot as it helps him . it keeps him sound. Ian gave him a great ride. The sand is a bit slower which helped as they didn't take him off his feet. I'm delighted for Sean Gallagher . that's his first winner at Laytown.

He won a big handicap here a few years back with Fran Berry. I told Ian today to try and stay in touch and that he'd come up the hill well. He gives his all every day he goes out and he's just a pleasure of a horse. He's an old man now but we keep him nice and happy . sweet and sound by bringing him to the beach regularly.

He ran a cracking race here in March and was fourteen or fifteen pounds better off today. I don't know what was wrong with him at Galway but he ran a couple of good races before that. We will see what the handicapper does and he might run in Killarney on Tuesday. He will then go to Listowel as he likes it there. He is a classy horse and he has won two Premier Handicaps. He had a bit of leg trouble in the early days but I wish I had others like him. He has been a great servant.

I wish I had a few more like him. He ran very well at the Curragh on his last run. He has come back down to a winnable mark and he loves this time of year. He's entered in Saturday here, otherwise he might go for the Joe McGrath handicap at the Curragh.

I was afraid the ground would be a bit lively for him. Fran said he was not liking it early on but as he started going past horses he enjoyed it,.

I thought he was a one miler horse for the last four years. He's been placed nine times from eleven starts before Listowel. I didn't realise he was a sprinter until now. He has had injuries in the past but the boys stayed with him and it has paid off today. I don't know where we'll go next but he has his job done for the year now after that.

He didn't see out the mile at the Curragh last Sunday but had a good draw today and Chris made his mind up in the straight. He's been placed nine times this year and deserved that win (fourth career win),.
