she appears to have improved from Fairyhouse and it's a great day for Danny and a nice double for him. That mare surprised me, how much she has come on from that. We'll keep her in training, I don't think she's going to go to the breeding shed this year as she looks to have plenty left in the tank. I'm having second thoughts now about going chasing with her and maybe we could go back to the Flat with her. She's by Motivator and it might be a safer career option than going chasing. I don't think she's going to improver her pedigree by getting black-type over fences, she has enough over hurdles. If she could do something on the Flat that would be better for her.

It worked out well. It is the beast that is underneath you that does most of the work. This mare she is brilliant. To see her come home to Willie's I was delighted. She has shown good spark. You never know if they are going to show it on the track again but that was a fair performance. As fillies go she was a little bit temperamental at home and Willie decided today he wanted to take all the (head)gear off her. That's Willie Mullins, a genuis move! Lucky enough I was in the plate.

She did it well and the conditions of the race suited her, . She jumped very big because she had been schooling over fences.

She seems to have improved hugely from last season. The summer break has done her good,. She had a few very hard races last season. I thought she looked much stronger and she looked a little tubby, I thought, in the parade ring beforehand. Being able to do that, while looking like that, I think she'll improve. Ruby changed the bit on her before the race and put a kinder bit on her. She accepted it better. We'll try and plan for the future now. I'm trying to figure out what kind of a race we'll go for now as she's only four. We might look for a four-year-old race rather than take on the older horses. I'd imagine we'll keep her to mares races. Good Thyne Tara ran her race and she probably wants a longer trip at this stage of her career. We were very pleased with Ria D'etel. We'll look for a race for her and she wants a longer trip as well.

That was a good performance. I don't know how much strength in depth there was to the race but you can't take anything away from her. She was very professional, jumped well and travelled. She's a small filly who handles that ground with fierce ease. We can stay dreaming!
