it's some week for the Dooleys having won the Galway Mile last week. This horse had a hold up. We went juvenile hurdling with him in the spring and he had a little niggle so we had to stop with him.

I'll probably go to Galway with him now, I needed a few pound to get into one of the lower-grade handicaps, so he'll get into it now. . He's never really run that well on this surface, but we just said it wasn't a wonderful race - no disrespect to the other horses in it. . We just felt a horse of his class would have a chance in it, so it is great. We've got great fun out of him and he has slipped down the ratings. . Great for Adam and the whole yard, we have had a rough week. This day two years ago Adam was a 10lb claimer.

Sheehy said, .My agent Kevin O'Ryan rang me last night when I was just getting into bed and he . I broke well from a wide draw. There was a lot of pace on so I was keen to get slotted in and just get him to relax. He did everything lovely for me. Coming down into the dip I got every run I wanted and I picked up well coming out of the dip. I galloped right to the line.

He was a little in and out and a bit disappointing a few times but we felt there was a good pot in him,.

Gavin said he got hampered — he got a bang. He won nicely though,. He’s a funny horse. We thought he wanted good ground but it’s not looking like it. Last year he won on soft ground in Sligo. He was working very well. He worked with Saltonstall last week and it was a cracking piece of work. Saltonstall and Current Option worked with him. Saltonstall worked the worst of them but he (Sirjack Thomas) was upsides Current Option. He’s a nice horse. We’ll go hurdling with him at some stage later on in the year and he might go back and have another whack somewhere else with him on the Flat and see what happens. It’s great to get another winner down here this week. It’s great for the Dooleys, they are great supporters. It’s unfortunate they’re not here. At least I haven’t got a sore head this week though!

Johnny’s horses are in flying form and this lads done it well today. Johnny said to keep it straight forward as he’s uncomplicated and handles an ease in the ground. He could step him up in trip if he wanted to, and I’m sure there is plenty of improvement.

he ran a cracker in the Curragh first time out and we were a little disappointed in Leopardstown but in hindsight we probably ran him back a bit too soon.
