the trainer took a long time to find out that she needed the trip. We ran her over seven and a mile for so long and I need a kick up the ass to be honest for taking so long to get to a 1m2f!. We felt when she ran in the 1m2f the last day that she looked like she's stay a 1m4f and she stays it quite well. I often thought before that jump trainers end up with horses that stay a little further because we train them a little bit different than the Flat trainers. Everything about her pedigree would suggest five, six or seven would be as far as she'd get but she's getting a mile-and-a-half around here and she loves it here.

She handles the track. I suppose I'll have to kick myself now as the first time I ran her over a mile-and-a-quarter was the last time. I was lucky she wasn't claimed as I had her in cheap enough,. It looks like that trip suits her a lot better than the mile, or seven, she has been running over. She handles the fast ground and she's a grand little thing, we don't have to do too much with her. Hopefully she'll be back here again. I wouldn't be surprised if she even goes further. She's bred sharp and short but she looks like she gets the trip well. I often find that with us National Hunt trainers the horses seem to stay a little bit further and it's probably the way we train them different than the Flat lads. She got the trip well and got a good ride.

The fact that they went really fast was a help to her as they came back to her,. He gave her a brilliant ride from out the back. She won a claimer and was second in a claimer two runs ago and then her saddle slipped last time. She has run well in those claimers and that's just about her mark.

I thought the post was never going to come,. We were sitting in Navan the other night as we were going to put her in at 15,000 Euros. I said to put her in a few pounds lighter and she'd win and she did. In fairness to her she always runs her race. She's consistent, reliable and goes on that surface. I'd be sorry to lose her as she's a good solid little thing but she's probably good value for someone. She could run back in another one of these and win again. Probably the change wouldn't do her any harm at this stage.
