She had been a bit disappointing on the Flat and couldn't figure out why her runs were so bad as she had been working well at home. She does a lot of messing with her tongue, so we said we'd buy her a tongue-tie and it has obviously helped. . In fairness to Tom Dowling, who works for me, he suggested to step her right up in trip so I'll thank him. It looks as if she wants every bit of the distance. He (O'Sullivan) said he was in front too soon, but didn't expect her to pick up as she did. She wants decent ground - you'll always gets that here and we'll have a look for another race now. If she hadn't run well today, she was going to stud as she has black-type in bumpers.

I don't ever remember having a runner here!. We bought her out of Denis Cullen's and only have her about six weeks. We bought her for cousins of my wife so it was nice to get that for them as they spent plenty of money on her. Hopefully she is lucky now. I've been following from her run at Navan, and to me she looked like a filly who wanted better ground - that's why I was coming here but it turned out to be the opposite although it was an ideal race for her and we had to take our chance. Jamie says she'll be a lot better on better ground and we might run in the Listed mares' bumper in Fairyhouse on Easter weekend. We'll leave hurdling to next season.
