he's so special, he's a very very special horse and every year he seems to be improving. That even looks to be his best again and Ryan said he won so easy. It's a special place and a special race. it's a very special pedigree and Eva has brought it along all the way and these kind of horses are once in a life time. In the Ascot Gold Cup very few horses are able to get that far but this horse has serious class as well. He's so genuine to get through what he has had: he's one in a million. He doesn't have to run again this year; the way we approach every race is that we see how he is and have a chat and then see if we go again and he could run in an Arc. It's important to mind him, do the right thing for him, and let him tell us how he is and where he wants to go at that time of the year.

We're delighted with him, he's a lovely horse. When he gets there he just waits but Ryan was very happy with him,. Ryan said he has plenty of speed left, all the speed is there, but he just pulls up when he gets there, he's just lazy. The plan was obviously the two runs and then go to Ascot, if everything is well with him then. It's amazing that he came back, it's great to have him back. He just has a lovely relaxed way of doing it.

Delighted with him this year, great to get him back. Ryan gave him a lovely, uncomplicated ride. Wayne (Lordan on Queenstown) set a lovely, even pace and he kept taking him. I couldn't be happier really. When he gets there he doesn't do much and that is the way he is, but he was travelling very easily all the way. Everything is good so far - the plan was to come here, go to Leopardstown (Saval Beg) and go to the Gold Cup. He is a lovely horse to have.

He's a very special stayer. He just does what he has to do. He broke well and he just wanted to follow for a bit. I didn't want the race being slowly run, the pace was nice and even, and I was happy where I was. I always knew he would keep finding plenty and he has been faultless this year. He's very tough. He's very relaxed and is always only in the gear that you want. Ryan gave him a great ride. He's a great horse to have. He's obviously a horse that gets a trip but he has a lot of class. He's very relaxed which is a massive help and helps him get the trip. He's very brave, very clear winded, a good mover and a great mind. It's just a pleasure to have him. It was great that Eva was here to see him today. He's very easy to deal with and it leaves him with a lot of options. He was probably extra lazy today and maybe it was the soft ground that made him a little bit more laboured. He could go back to a mile-and-a-half but obviously we would love to have him around for the Gold Cup for the coming years because he is a unique horse.

We always thought he was going to be very nice. He went to Ascot last year and jumped out under the stalls and he hasn't run since then. He looks like a stayer with a bit of class, he relished that trip. We liked him a lot last year and he has done well since then. He relaxes and he quickens. If we are going to Ascot, we could have a look at the Saval Beg (at Leopardstown in May). We might not travel him before Ascot but we will see.
