The experience he had jumping all winter stood to him,. It's probably the first time he's had the decent ground that he wants. We may put him away now for Galway. He's a summer horse and I suppose we'll have a go at the Galway Hurdle. Although today's win probably won't help him handicap wise.

He seems to be improving. Paul said he hated the ground and pure fitness won it for him and he had that extra gear too. I'll look for a winners of one for him in three or four weeks time now. The Fairyhouse Festival would be his chief aim this season.
