He jumped very well today and I don't think he made any mistakes or heart-stopping moments. He seems to have settled better, and to do that first time out on that ground was very good. He was even a lot more settled in the parade ring and going down to the start. He's getting more mature. There is not a lot for him. Punchestown (Champion Chase) would look the obvious one, whether he goes to Aintree or not I doubt it. I'd imagine he will just have the one more run.

He was very low over the last three at Gowran the last day and it was the same at the second last today. He has a fair engine and is well able to pick himself up at the back of one after making a mistake and gallop on. A great performance by horse and rider. He's improved a lot from Gowran, and should keep improving. We'll have to find another target for him,. I don't really want to go to Aintree and I don't think there is anything for him at Fairyhouse as I don't want to go 2m4f in the Ryanair. First of all he has to come out of this and we'll see where we go then.

It was a good performance,. He has a fair engine and I’ll keep him at that trip. He won’t go up in trip at the moment anyway.

He looked like a nice recruit to us. We couldn't get him out earlier as he had a setback or two,. He's entered in the handicaps at Cheltenham and we'll see what he gets in to. I wasn't sure if he was going to run here but he worked well during the week and we said we'd take our chance. He was very keen and that wouldn't be good going to Cheltenham but they will be going a bit faster over there. He's really a chaser as he's a fine big strong horse. I thought he jumped fantastically and he's a horse for the future I think.
