We were hoping for the same thing as last year (to win on reappearance) and it was a similar track to Bellewstown - flat and quick. She looked to get her own way in front today which was ideal and everything went really right and she jumped great. It is good to have her back, there aren't many of those Dandy Mans hurdling so to get the two miles over hurdles is great. She was very flighty and headstrong on the flat and wasn't getting home and we only went hurdling to try to get her to settle down. It has worked so well I think she'll stay over hurdles now.

It's just great to see her doing that, particularly for her owner Leonard (Kinsella). He is a fantastic man and has great patience. A lot of owners wouldn't have stuck with her for that long. She was very hard work and was very excitable. She would lose the head but the jumping has worked wonders in just settling her. That's all she needed to do, settle down and relax into life and she has. She'll go for more of the same now and hopefully the handicapper won't kill her for that as she didn't win very far, it was hard work.

we stuck with her for a long time as she showed us loads at home. It was all in the head for her as she had to settle. She was never going hurdling but we went hurdling last year to try and settle her down and it's done a great job with her. She jumps well but I thought she'd struggle to get two miles to be honest.
