He has been unlucky and my horses haven't been well for the past couple of years. I knew he was coming though and Mark (McDonagh) gave him a nice ride. He was a very good horse one time, he likes soft ground and I didn't run Humm Baby in the race because she wouldn't handle it. I'll try and find a chase for him if I can but he had lost his bottle jumping fences.

It was a true run race and I was worried about the horse in front (Bosman Rule) for a while as he was winging hurdles. Barry said you'd question him on very heavy ground but he can't do any more than he did and, if we can live long enough, he'll make a nice chaser!. He'll go for the Dorans Pride Hurdle at Limerick over Christmas now.

I've been minding him and a chaser is what he'll be,. He didn't win his point-to-point but that's not the end of the world and I always knew he would win his bumper and maiden hurdle. We won't aim him too high over hurdles and he'll probably go to Limerick (over Christmas). He's a horse to look forward to.

He's a nice horse to look forward to. He's a chaser. He'll go hurdling this season and then chasing next year. He didn't win his point-to-point, but he should have.
