she's a good, genuine filly who is too hard on herself on occasions and can work herself up, but is very honest. She's not great to break and the last day up the Curragh there was about 23 runners and she broke last but was only beaten two lengths. She didn't break too badly today and I'd say small fields probably suit her as well. She picked the right day to win as it was a good pot (€14,400 first prize) and we’ll definitely keep her going over the summer. She has won well there, so I'd imagine she will get a nice few pounds for that, so she might be a bit hard to place. The way she won there, we could chance getting black-type with her: that might be aiming a little high, but we might give it a go.

She was very good and consistent last year, and then she had a bad run in the Naas, so we gave her a break after that. She went up an awful lot in the weights and probably struggled, but she dropped 7lb over the winter. He (Joyce) did well to get her across. She won a bit too far for the handicapper, but we will enjoy getting a winner today, and hopefully the handicapper won't be too hard on her. Great for the owners (Dreams Of Glory Racing Syndicate), it is their first winner. First of many, hopefully.

She’s a very tough, genuine filly but makes life hard for herself. She is generally slow out of the stalls but wasn’t too bad today. She was unlucky the last day as she was coming with a run and the gap closed. She showed a nice turn of foot and hopefully there will be another day with her.
