Permission was given for Mondammej (GB) to go to post early and for Moulin Booj (IRE) and Rhythm N Hooves (GB) to wear a red hood to post.
Due to the unruly behaviour of Mondammej (GB) which had planted in the chute causing the race to go off late and had also been unruly at Lingfield on 2 February 2025, the representative of Antony Brittain was informed that any future similar behaviour from the gelding may result in the horse being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
Following the race, Alistair Rawlinson reported that Blind Beggar (IRE), placed fifth, was denied a clear run, approaching the final furlong.
