Inside the final furlong there was interference between Epeius (IRE), placed second, and Friendly Advice (IRE), placed third.
However, after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that it did not involve a riding offence and had not improved the placing of Epeius (IRE).
Following the race, Sam James reported that Scuzeme (GB), placed fifth, was denied a clear run 1 furlong out.
