Quick (GB) lost its right fore shoe on the way to the start.
As Richard Hannon had indicated at declaration prior to racing that the gelding should not be withdrawn in the event that it shed a plate, Quick (GB) was able to run.
Following the race, Tom Marquand reported that Quick (GB), placed seventh, was never travelling having spread her right fore shoe on the way to post, the representative of John Gosden reported that Fabulist (GB) was unsuited by the Soft going and would prefer a firmer surface.
