The Stewards interviewed Mrs John Harrington, trainer of I'm So Fancy, under the provisions of Rule 19(ii), in relation to the late arrival of her charge to the Racecourse. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who explained the circumstances surrounding the late arrival of her charge and apologised for this. Having considered the evidence, the fact that the passport was lodged as required on time, and a report from the from the I.H.R.B Veterinary Officer, Ms. Joan Taylor, that the animal was not compromised by the late arrival, the Stewards allowed I'm So Fancy to run and reminded the trainer of her future responsibilities in this regard

D. O'Brien, rider of Clear Skies (GB) trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was stopped many times in the straight

C. O'Donoghue, rider of I'm So Fancy trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount pulled her near hind shoe and was hanging both left and right

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Bella Estrella, ridden by L.F

Roche, placed fourth, Clear Skies (GB), ridden by D. O'Brien, placed second, I'm So Fancy, ridden by C

O'Donoghue, placed third and Turret Rocks, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed first, where it appeared Clear Skies (GB) ran short of room on the running rail and subsequently Bella Estrella(Ire) ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judges placings and took no further action.
