Approximately 1 furlong out, Mountain Brave (GB), placed fourth, shifted quickly left-handed away from the rail before being corrected by its rider, causing Crazy Luck (GB), placed second, to be briefly denied a clear run, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Approaching the winning line, Silent Flame (GB), placed third, shifted slightly right-handed away from the winner, Chocoya (GB), before being corrected by its rider, causing the rider of Mountain Brave (GB), placed fourth, to take a precautionary check, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Silent Flame (GB).
Following the race, Kieran Shoemark reported that Improvised (IRE), placed sixth, was slowly away.
