The Stewards informed P.J.F. Murphy, trainer that Coillte Mach (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again. G.F. Carroll, rider of Aldo Raine, trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his stall opened slowly in this race and that his mount hung right in the straight.
