Lady Riders who hold a Permit to ride in hurdle races against Professional Riders issued by any other Recognised Turf Authority. The Stewards of the I.N.H.S. Committee have suspended the relevant parts of Rule 135 for the purposes of this race. All horses which run in or are declared and balloted from this race qualify for the Connolly's RED MILLS Irish EBF Auction Hurdle Series Final to be held at Punchestown on April 29th, 2020 (The winning owner in this race will receive a €5000 bonus should the winning filly be eligible for the Weatherbys Ireland/I.T.B.A. N.H.
