An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after leaving the stalls, when Lakeview (IRE), unplaced, ridden by David Egan interfered with Stone Princess (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Ben Robinson.
Egan was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had allowed his mount to drift left towards the rail when insufficiently clear of Stone Princess (IRE), causing Robinson to take a check.
Approximately 1 furlong out, Stone Princess, unplaced, hung right shifting Good Night Mr Tom (IRE), unplaced, onto the heels of Bare All (IRE), placed fourth, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
