.She's progressive. It took a run or two for the penny to drop. She's improving and loves the sun on her back. She'll make a lovely broodmare. She's related to Cheltenham Festival winner Golden Chieftain,. The plan went out the door early as she doesn't like being among horses. Patrick rode her accordingly and she came home well. He was cool enough and that's his second bumper winner for me. That ground took a bit of getting.

Mr D. Delahunt, rider of Pharlos Last, trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his saddle slipped and he pulled his mount up thereafter. The Stewards enquired into an incident soon after the start of this race where a running rail was dislodged involving Ah Littleluck, ridden by Mr J.C. Barry, placed third, Pharlos Last, ridden by Mr D. Delahunt, pulled up and Montys Angel, ridden by Mr T. Reilly, placed fifth, where it appeared both Pharlos Last and Montys Angel ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards due to insufficient video evidence took no further action, but reminded Mr J.C. Barry that he was given the benefit of the doubt at this enquiry.
