The Starter reported that Omega (GER) had refused to enter the stalls and was withdrawn.
Milton Harris was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
The apparent improvement in form of the winner, Ehteyat (GER), which had never previously been placed, was considered.
The representative of George Boughey was interviewed.
His comments that Ehteyat (GER) had benefited from being gelded and was suited by a step up in trip from 1 mile 1 ½ furlongs to 1 mile 6 furlongs were noted and the gelding was routine tested.
Following the race, Laura Ward reported that Go Fox (GB), unplaced, hung left throughout.
