Ben Curtis reported that the colt became unbalanced when the winner, Captain Kane (GB), ran onto its hind heels, approaching the bend leaving the back straight, causing Golden Keeper (GB) to momentarily lose its action.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post race examination of colt, during routine testing, failed to reveal any abnormalities.
