He jumped slow at Punchestown and the time before but he jumped great today. I'd say the penny is only starting to drop with him. He had a year off and then was thrown in to novice chases. He could get an entry in the 2m5f novice handicap chase at the Cheltenham Festival but I will have to check with the owners first to see what they want to do.

The Stewards heard an objection which was lodged with the Clerk Of The Scales by the rider of the second placed horse R. Walsh on the grounds that his mount Heathfield was hit once across the head by the winning rider in the closing stages, which he felt cost him the race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned and B.J. Cooper, rider of the winner, Bishops Road. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the runner up had been hit across the head once by the winner but could not be satisfied that the winner had improved his finishing position as a result of this accidental action, and so they over ruled the objection. .
