Permission was given for Aria Rose (GB) to go early to post and be mounted in the chute and Howardian Hills (IRE) to go early to post.
The Starter reported that Tahan (IRE) was unruly in the stalls and withdrawn at 4:55pm.
Olly Murphy was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
An enquiry was held into the withdrawal of Tahan (IRE), drawn 7, during the loading process, which had originally been announced as Liimari (GB), drawn 10, before the latter was reinstated.
The Starters were interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, a report was forwarded to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
Following the race, Dylan Hogan reported that Ocean Reach (GB), which started favourite and finished fifth, was never travelling.
