The Stewards enquired into possible interference from the final flight involving Good Tradition, ridden by Mr D. Sinnott, placed first, Holy Water, ridden by B.M. Cash, placed second and Borderlinedecision, ridden by N.P. Madden, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judge's placings and took no further action. Capt.S.H.Walford absented himself from this enquiry.
