That was a great win. He was flying since last Wednesday at Gowran. There wasn't a bother on him so we had to let him off to do his thing.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving My Direction (GB), ridden by L.F. Roche, placed first and Landsman, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Miss Ellmarie Holden, trainer of My Direction, also attended this enquiry. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.
