The Stewards received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer, Ms. Joan Taylor, that she was unable to positively identify Muntahez, trained by Kevin Prendergast, from the passport presented for this animal. Having considered the report, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Muntahez under the provisions of Rule 90 and referred the matter to The Chief Executive of the Irish Horseracing Requlatory Board for further investigation.
