Lisa gave him a good ride. I thought he might need the run. I thought he was the classiest horse in the race but might come on from the race,. He might struggle to get into the Coral Cup or County Hurdle but it's nice to win with him. He's not a bad horse but he's very ground dependent. He could win a nice handicap. I'd say Aintree might suit him with a bit of decent ground. Lisa won this race last year for Gordon as well.

An extended handicap for four yrs old and upwards (80 = 11st 10lb)
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap; and after the time of declarations; shall not be less than 11st 10lb and; the minimum weight is 10st
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 5lb extra; for each race won. Any horse rated above 80 shall initially be treated as having that rating and the highest weight allotted shall be 11st 10lb. Subsequently, the excess over 80 in any rating shall be added to the weight allotted to that horse. (For the purpose of this note, any four year old rated above 80 shall have the applicable weight for age allowance then prevailing deducted from the horse's rating prior to the original calculation of the handicap)
