Permission was given for Alnaseem (GB) to go early to post.
The performance of Alnaseem (GB), which started joint favourite and finished last of six, was considered.
Dane O’Neill reported that the filly had no more to give and Luke McJannet could offer no further explanation for Alnaseem (GB)’s performance.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the filly failed to reveal any abnormalities.
The performance of Conga (GB), which finished fifth of six, was considered.
Kevin Ryan’s representative reported that the filly was unsuited by the going, which was officially described as Good to Firm on this occasion, and would prefer an easier surface.
He also reported that Conga (GB)’s last win was over 6f and may have been unsuited by the 7f trip on this occasion.
Following the race, Alistair Rawlinson reported that Dream World (IRE), placed third, hung left in the final furlong.
