The performance of Dapper Man (IRE) which finished fifth of five was considered.
Ben Curtis reported that the gelding jumped awkwardly from the stalls and Roger Fell’s explanation that Dapper Man (IRE) was unsuited by the rain softened Good ground on this occasion, which was changed to Good to Soft after this race, was noted.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of Dapper Man (IRE), during routine testing, failed to reveal any abnormalities.
