The J.P. McManus owned All The Answers was the well backed winner of the opening Tote Maiden Hurdle at Galway today, over-turning odds-on favourite Silver Concorde to win for trainer Joseph O’Brien and jockey Mark Walsh.
The winner was back from 6/1 this morning in to 100/30 and in the end proved two and three parts of a length too strong for former Cheltenham Bumper winner Silver Concorde.
Following the race, McManus’ racing manager Frank Berry stated “that was lovely and Mark gave him a lovely ride.
“He was a little free early on but he got him settled and he jumped great and it was a nice performance.
“We'll find another novice for him down the road, he handled the ground and I don't think he wants real deep ground.”
