Eddie Harty enjoyed an excellent December with five winners and the Cheltenham Festival winning trainer registered his first winner of 2016 when his J.P. McManus owned Uaintseenothingyet landed the Next Racing At Fairyhouse Saturday January 30th Maiden Hurdle Fairyhouse today.
The only ride on the card for jockey Barry Geraghty, Uaintseenothingyet, a son of Yeats, confirmed the promised of a recent Naas third placing when shaking off Burgas and Space Cadet in the home straight.
Afterwards Harty, who landed the Paddy Power Chase and a Grade 3 mares' chase in December, stated “he’s a lovely, big horse and very raw. His future is over fences next season, and we’ll find something for him over hurdles in the meantime. He’s a baby.
“It’s hard to know how far he’ll stay but he has enough toe for two miles.”
