Following a precautionary inspection this morning, Thurles was found to be fit for racing and today's meeting goes ahead.
The going is Yielding after 1mm of rain overnight. A generally dry day is forecast with occasional showers. Temperatures to reach 10-12 degrees.
The meeting gets under way at 12.44pm with a beginners' chase. Last time out winners The Model Kingdom and Liberty Dance clash in the mares' novices' hurdle (2.14pm).
Today's meeting at Navan has been cancelled due to the track remaining frozen in areas and insufficient time for thawing before racing.
Naas has been rescheduled for Tuesday but, due to a number of areas on the track remaining unfit to race, a precautionary inspection will be held at 10am tomorrow morning.
Temperatures are expected to reach 10-12 degrees with up to 5mm (approximately) of rain. The going is Yielding to Soft.
