Joseph O’Brien’s Dilmun (6/4f) made it third time lucky today, when winning the Bet Now With The Ladbrokes App Maiden at Dundalk today under the trainer’s brother Donnacha O’Brien.
The daughter of War Front went past leader Barca with a furlong to race and in the end scored a two and a half lengths win over that rival.
Afterwards Donnacha O'Brien stated “she had a nice run the last day (at Leopardstown, when fourth), and the form has worked out well.
“I kept it simple, and I think she can get a mile and a quarter as she relaxes well."
