The Mick Mulvany trained On The Go Again gained a third win this year when landing the Pyramid Bookmakers Handicap at Roscommon today under jockey Gary Carroll.
The son of Arakan today scored a length and a half win over Shes An Art and afterwards Mulvany later stated “the Lartigue Hurdle in Listowel has been the long term plan, and to keep him on the Flat until then. Hopefully he won’t get too high a mark for the Lartigue, and I think he’d have a chance.
“He’s won on good ground and heavy, and is a very versatile horse. He’s getting more like his grandam, Bolino Star, every day and she was a good dual-purpose horse.
“He’s entered at Bellewstown on Wednesday and we’ll see in the morning how he is.”
