Joanna Morgan saddled 5/2 shot Miss Gorica to land The Clonkeen Race under Wayne Lordan in the colours of Gerry Tierney.

Morgan stated afterwards, “That race was as good as a Listed Race, she’s just so genuine.

"I was tempted to run her at York but decided to come here for the easier option. I’d love to run her in a Group 3 race over 6f on fast ground, she has to run on fast ground.

"She takes her racing well, we can’t keep the weight off her and I would love to have more like her.”
