The 8/11 favourite, Living Next Door followed up on his easy Cork hurdling success by winning the Nathan Carter Live 25th July Handicap Chase under Ruby Walsh.
The seven-year-old son of Beneficial looked set to come home an easy winner turning for home but 16/1 shot Muzak didn’t go down without a fight.
Ruby Walsh had to get serious aboard the winner on the run-in and he just saw off the front running, John Monroe trained grey by half a length.
The ultra-consistent Hilman finished a further five and a half lengths back in third at 5/1 under Andrew Lynch for John Joe Walsh.
Tony Martin said afterwards: "He made a mistake two out and got a bit confused. It was the jockey that won the day.
"He was very fortunate to win. It wasn’t a bad performance and he’ll be kept on the go now."
Speaking about the demotion of Easy Vic in the fifth race, Martin said; “I won’t be appealing the result.”
