Connections of Lifetime Ambition are hopeful of a good run at Punchestown today, with the Jessica Harrington trained gelding taking on Bob Olinger in the 2m4f Grade 3 Kildare Novice Chase.
The seven year old was last seen when chasing home exciting Blue Lord over two miles at Naas on January 2 but prior to that was fourth in the Grade 1 Drinmore Chase at Fairyhiuse in November.
Kate Harrington, representing her mother Jessica, reports “Lifetime Ambition looks brilliant. We missed Christmas as he gave himself an overreach schooling.
“We knew dropping him back to two miles at Naas was a big ask but he jumped poorly in the Drinmore and we were delighted with that.
“We are going to use his jumping at Punchestown. We’re very happy with him.”
