The ground at Tipperary is Good (watering). Dry weather is forecast.
The first of seven National Hunt races is off at 4.20pm where Grade 3 and Listed bumper winner Gypsy Island makes her reappearance in a mares' maiden hurdle off an absence since May 2019.
Elsewhere, the ground at Cork ahead of racing on Fri and Saturday is Good (on National Hunt course) and Good to Firm, Good in places (on Flat track) with watering.
Rain is forecast for tomorrow night into Saturday.
Downpatrick also races tomorrow and the going is is now Good, Good to Yielding in places following 25mm of rain since entries. There is a dry forecast and the track is monitoring the situation regarding watering.
The going at Naas is Good, Good to Yielding in places. The track hosts a Flat card on Saturday. Today is expected to be mainly dry before heavy rain moves in on Friday night into Saturday.
