Glint In Her Eye (9/1) and Richie Deegan won the mares' bumper in Killarney by a head after a sustained battle with Celine Soprano
The winner had to survive a stewards enquiry having almost run out before bumping her rival in the final quarter of a mile.
The pair were locked together racing into the final furlong but it was Glint In Her Eye who found most close home to prevail.
Runner-up Celine Soprano was a 5/1 chance. Star Adventure the 11/8 favourite, didn't get competitive at the business end and finished fourth.
Handler Ger Hourigan said: "Sometimes it is hard for those mares to carry a winners' penalty and she has gone and done her job.
"She has a bit of pedigree and will probably go and run in a maiden hurdle from here. She'll rattle off that ground all day and is a typical Presenting."
