Glen Princess (10/1) got off the mark at the third time of asking in the median auction fillies' maiden.
The half-sister to a Listed winner is trained by Johnny Murtagh for Rachro Ltd and came from mid-division to lead over a furlong out.
Ridden out by Ben Coen, the daughter of Calyx scored by a length and a quarter from Next Trick
Assistant trainer Denis Linehan said: "She had a very good first run, we thought she was a smart filly and we brought her down to Tipperary but the ground got her beaten. She looks like a really nice filly and is by a good stallion (Calyx) too.
"That was a nice trip today, she is a progressive filly and we'll see what the handicapper does with her now."
