China Rock and Joncol are notable withdrawals from the PWC Champion Chase at Gowran Park today.

China Rock has been taken out of the Grade 2 contest reported lame while Joncol has a stone bruise.

It makes things easier for Sizing Europe on his return and the former champion chaser is now trading odds-on for the two-and-a-half mile contest.

The opening juvenile contest has also been hit with the withdrawal of likely favourite Top Man Michael who has been sold.
